"Almost a year later there was so much (due to the throwing out and away with these lovelies) that it was time to share it. Thus Velvet Underground was born again as was I in another basement of a thriving downtown business in Ellsworth, Maine. From there I has started a following for these rare and fun pieces. By that time I also had acquired accessories because when you make a statement by wearing vintage..you do it in a big way!
"By 2011 I created an online store with a shop above ground this time. My online shop can be found on Etsy.com. Velvet Underground Vintage was the starting place for my visions and I hope you can see and feel what vintage is all about here on my site. I dreamed of a place where I could create beauty and boldness..and voice my feelings with my clothing. Here I share it with you..you see ...
"Dreams really do come true. Thanks for stopping by and if your anywhere in the area come by and visit. I love meeting people..I love vintage and I love meeting people who love vintage too!"
