Annual Health Fair Provides Free Screenings and Resources for a Healthy Lifestyle

                                           
                                            

Mount Desert Island Hospital is set to host their annual Health Fair on Saturday, May 4 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the second floor of Bar Harbor Town Hall. This free event is open to the public and will provide an opportunity to learn about many resources for a healthy lifestyle.

Wellness professionals from the MDI Hospital Organization will be on hand to provide health screenings including cholesterol checks, blood glucose, blood pressure, bone density, balance tests, body composition diagnostics, and much more. These health screenings will help give you the knowledge and the tools that you need to stay healthy. Emergency Department staff will also provide CPR demonstrations.

Many local wellness vendors will be on hand, complimentary healthy snacks including smoothies will be available during the fair and attendees can enter to win door prizes.

Frederes is responsible for the overall bank leadership, franchise growth and business-line profitability of the Residential Lending division throughout the Bank’s footprint of Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.  Frederes’ office is located at 1000 Elm Street in Manchester, New Hampshire.  

With over 20 years’ experience in residential lending leadership at both regional and national lending institutions,  Frederes is especially skilled at developing successful processes and training to provide the best products and customer service to those seeking home financing. Most recently Frederes was Vice President, Area Lending Manger for Bank of America in Southern/Central Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Prior to that role he served as Vice President, Area Lending Manager for Bank of America for Northern New England.
