New bylaws to be put to a vote

The Chamber board has worked on revising the Chamber's bylaws with two primary goals in mind:

1. Simplify the language and organization of the bylaws with an eye towards clarity.
2. Revise sections that do not match the actual operation of the Chamber.

Please review the following documents:

• Revised bylaws, to be voted on at the upcoming Annual Meeting.
• Current bylaws.
• Commentary giving motivation for the changes proposed.

The Annual Meeting has been scheduled for 6pm on Thursday September 13th. Watch your mail box for  your invitation.
